About DigiMetrics
Manufacturing experience behind practical automation and integration.
DigiMetrics was built around a recurring industrial problem: skilled people lose time when useful information does not move cleanly between files, software, departments and the next decision.
Founder perspective
The work started inside production.
I ran a small metalworking business and worked directly with CNC, nesting, order handling, production planning, documentation and reporting. Later production work kept exposing the same gaps: data existed, but somebody still had to copy, clean, match or rebuild it before the next person could act.
DigiMetrics starts with the existing systems, real input data and the result the team needs. We use ready-made tools where they fit and develop only what is missing.
The same approach now applies across manufacturing and technical businesses: production and ERP data, documents, purchasing, CRM, websites, analytics, project tools and structured publishing systems.

What production work taught us
Three principles behind the way DigiMetrics works.
Context before automation
A production task is not just a row of data. Order state, material, priority, programme duration and document status determine what the next action should be.
Exceptions must stay visible
Routine work can move automatically, but missing documents, unclear input and conflicting values must surface for a person to review.
Plan and fact must meet
Reporting is useful when estimates, priorities and actual results can be compared, so recurring delays or estimation errors become visible.
These principles come from hands-on work with CNC, nesting, order handling, documentation, reporting and production planning.
Products we operate
Live systems require ongoing work.
Sources change, data quality needs checking and integrations need monitoring.
DigiMetrics built The Comparator and operates it alongside Price2Click. Both are independent data products, not client projects.
Working principles
Practical choices, visible logic and clear ownership.
We do not replace a familiar process simply because part of it is manual. First we find the step that causes mistakes or wasted time, then improve only that part.
Use proven tools where they fit
Existing software and ready-made capabilities come before unnecessary custom development.
Build the missing connection
Custom code is used when the workflow, transformation or operational view is genuinely not covered by a standard tool.
Keep critical work reviewable
Source data, validation rules, calculations, exceptions and approvals remain visible enough to test and support.
Leave the client in control
Accounts, data, licences, agreed documentation and access boundaries remain explicit.

Describe the symptom and the tools or teams involved. You do not need to define the technical solution first.
