Automation & integration for manufacturing and technical teams
Connect the work between your systems.
DigiMetrics connects ERP, production software, Excel, CRM, websites and reporting. We prepare the data and automate repetitive work between these systems. A first project can focus on one slow or unreliable step.
How the solution can grow
Fix → Connect → Automate → Measure → Improve
The first project can remain standalone. If another connection is useful, we add it without replacing what already works.
01 · Fix
Solve one clear problem
A manual report, broken lead flow, unreliable import or repeated document task.
02 · Connect
Join the next handoff
For example, form to CRM, ERP to report, production data to task view or email to document flow.
03 · Automate
Add dependable workflow
Validation, rules, tasks, approvals, notifications and recurring checks move the work forward.
04 · Measure
Create trusted metrics
Connected data supports planned-versus-actual, delays, cost, margin, quality, productivity and lead-flow reporting.
05 · Improve
Explain what changes
Analyse recurring delay causes, margin leakage, rework, supplier issues and operational interruptions.
What we connect
From raw input to a useful action.
DigiMetrics works with the information and repeated work between software, departments and external partners.
Email, PDF, Excel or CSV, forms, websites, APIs, databases and system exports.
Extract, recognise, classify, match, clean, normalise, validate and transform.
ERP, production, stock, accounting, CRM, projects, CMS, websites and analytics.
Imports, tasks, approvals, documents, alerts, dashboards, reports, production views and publishing flows.
Manufacturing experience
Examples from hands-on production work.
Production / ERP context → data preparation → Zebra printing
Production labels
Approximately one hour per day of repetitive preparation was reduced to approximately five minutes per day of operator interaction.
Order / material context → certificate matching → prepared folder
Order certificates
Approximately 30 minutes per order of manual document collection was removed while missing items remained visible for review.
Job data + priorities + programme durations → reports and work sequence
Reporting and scheduling
Production context was turned into daily reporting and a practical operator work sequence instead of being rebuilt across separate files.
Products in operation
The Comparator and Price2Click
Both products rely on data collection, integrations and repeatable workflows that run every day.
The Comparator
Specifications and prices → matched product data → comparison
The system combines product specifications and prices from several sources into one comparable data model.

Price2Click
Research and product data → multilingual publishing → integrations
Content and product data move through one repeatable publishing process in several languages.
Visit Price2Click →Manufacturing-first perspective
The approach grew from real production constraints.
I ran a small metalworking company and worked directly with CNC, nesting, orders, production data and documentation. DigiMetrics grew from seeing how much skilled time is lost when files, systems and teams do not connect.

Ways to start
Begin from the situation you already understand.
I know the problem
One report, import, form, repeated task or data transfer has a clear symptom and expected result.
Start with a small fixed-scope project.
Something feels inefficient
Work is slow, data needs constant correction, reports are unreliable or the process depends on one person. The right solution is not yet clear.
Start with a short fit check. If needed, map the workflow in a paid review.
Several systems or teams are involved
Information already crosses departments, software or external partners and the weak handoff is affecting wider operations.
Start with an integration and workflow review.
Describe what is slow, repetitive or difficult to control.
Tell us what happens now and what result you need. A technical specification is not required.
